Boat wake on the Swan River

This project for the Swan River Trust required measurement of boat wakes and wind waves at various locations along the Swan River, using an accurate pressure transducer wave recorder. Nine different vessels, ranging from 5-40m in length, were tested at various locations on the river, over a range of speeds and passing distances. The wake due to normal passing traffic was measured on busy weekends, as well as wind waves in various wind conditions.
